Florence is holding its current tract at the
moment and still showing winds and rain
starting later today. Rain totals could be
between 7 and 10 inches in parts of the
County that will contribute to flooding in
low lying flood prone areas. The County is
currently under a Tropical storm and surge
warning. The surge on the Albemarle sound
can get between 2 and 4 feet. Expect to see
winds in the 40mph range with gust above 50.

showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm
after 2pm. Cloudy, with a high near 85.
